Committing to listening to all of your key audiences and showing them that they have shaped your direction is the first step towards greater trust and a stronger culture ready to create deeper impact.

Real change takes time. We can support you as you implement your truth-based recommendations through regular coaching and guidance. Leadership can already be lonely. You don’t have to do this alone.

How we support you to get radiant

  • We will design and facilitate a 3 month process to receive feedback from all of your key community members.

  • We will combine feedback from community members with your mission and goals to give you a high-level idea of what changes might be implemented in all areas of your organization including programs, governance, fundraising, and marketing.

  • We will support you through putting recommendations into place, including policy and process review, strategic planning support, and bringing in other partners as needed.

  • There are things as a leader that you can’t say or process with your staff or Board. We can be that safe and confidential space to work through the difficult parts.
